PROTEIN BARS
Ingredients
  • 500g quick oats
  • 500g skim milk powder
  • 500g honey
  • 500g natural peanut butter
  • Cocoa powder or Milo 
  • Water not to much enough to make a dough 
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl best to use your hands for this, once all combined spread mixture out into a lined biscuit tray flatten put glad wrap on top and put in fridge to set once done cut up in little strips and keep in a cool dry place. These bars are dusted with milo.

Perfect for energy and recovery and great for a nutritious snack before and after trainings.
